Mango Smoothie Ice Pops

Simple, healthy and a favourite with the kids.. all you need is fruit, yogurt and some lolly moulds for this summer snack recipe

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

150g fresh or frozen mango chunks

100g Greek yogurt

Handful of frozen raspberries

Method

Put all the ingredients except the raspberries into a blender and whizz until smooth.

Bash the frozen raspberries with a rolling pin, then stir the pieces through the smoothie mix.

Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
